Bug/Problem Reporting

If you're experiencing a problem of some kind with one of our software products, please fill out and submit the following bug/problem report form. You may also want to check out our list of known problems.

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.

Bug Report Form

When you submit your bug report(s), it will be automatically sent to us via an email and then entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the name and email address under which you entered at the bottom of this page. After an initial assessment by us and when the report proves to be about an actual problem, the resolution of the problem will be scheduled. You will be be notified of same.

Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs/problems reported by our customers in the Known Problems section at the bottom of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. If you have problems in filling out the form, phone us during office hours of 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm Central Time and we will lead you through doing one and then you will know how the next time. Please only describe one bug/problem per submission.

If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it,
leaving a blank line between steps or other important information.

(example: "1. Create a new file. 2. Insert some text ...")

If the problem is considered to be non reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed: (please be specific and as detailed as you can.)

(note: it is much more difficult and many times impossible for us to fix non-reproducible bugs because we can not normally find them without being told "specifically" how to reproduce them.)

Known Problems

The following is a list of some known problems with our software; we are working to correct them for the next release.

	KwikSALES^TM does not have any known problems.
	1. KwikSALES(tm) PLATINUM (This is an example only.) 2. Windows 98se 3. Customer tax does not compute right on the Sales Form window and report. 4.a Making a new or changing an old Sales Form. 4.b Problem is reproducible. 5. No error messages.
