You choose the support program that best fit your needs. We will tailor a service and support plan in response to your objectives. Examples of what plan time can be used for includes: Network Administration or Trouble-Shooting, Dial In/Out Using Remote Access Service, Server Backup Errors, Hardware and/or Software Installation, Preventive Maintenance, Problems Printing or Finding Files and Testing Remotely.

We have solutions and resources available to you around the clock. Our support staff will take your calls and find the answers or the resources necessary to provide proper service.

Accessibility
Access to knowledge is important to quality service. Our knowledgeable ASSOCIATES are accessible to your service requests. *Please Note: KwikSYSTEMSTM ASSOCIATES reserves the right to determine the response time for each call placed. Downed networks MAY take priority over other calls.

Telephone Plans
Our Telephone Plans are designed to provide you with periodic Technical Support at a reduced rate compared the more costly on-site technician service fees.

When each call duration is 30-minutes or less, the remote plans will cover the call up to the limit of the remote plan. When any call exceeds the 30-minute time limit, the time may either be billed directly or credited to the On-Site Technician Plan.

Phone Plan Services Provided Amount
1 Telephone support for primary contact between organizations.
Limited to
Three (3) 30-minute (or less) incidents per month. 
Calls over 30 minutes will be billed separately.
Calls restricted to Mon - Fri, 9:00 A - 5:00 P
$85.00 per Month
2 Telephone support for primary contact between organizations. 
Limited to Six (6) 30-minute (or less) incidents per month.
Calls over 30 minutes will be billed separately. 
Calls restricted to Mon - Sat, 7:00 A - 9:00 P
$150.00 per Month
3 Telephone Support for primary contact between organizations. 
Unlimited calls of 30-minutes (or less) per month. 
Calls over 30 minutes will be billed separately.
Calls restricted to Mon - Sun, 7:00 A - 9:00 P.
$300.00 per Month
On-Site Support On-Site Technical Support Minimum Charge of 1 Hour per Incident. 
Each visit within 1 hour travel time will incur a $75 Tech Travel Fee. 
Each visit of more than 1 hour travel time will incur a $30 per hour travel time Tech Travel Fee.  Calls restricted to Mon - Sun, 7:00 A - 9:00 P.
